Breakfast
Homemade Cinnamon Rolls (Taste of Lizzy)
The heavy whipping cream really is the magical ingredient! The first time I ever tried this recipe I took a dozen to a dinner party. The entire pan was gone in the first five minutes of dessert! I've made them with the heavy whipping cream and without. It's a night and day difference.
Dessert
Hershey's Kisses Bundt Cake (Chef in Training)
I lost count how many times I made this during the 2024 holidays. Guests couldn't believe how moist this cake is and couldn't leave it alone.
Dinner
Classic Sunday Pot Roast (The Stay at Home Chef)
This recipe has now given me confidence to do a pot roast in a Dutch oven and not just a slow cooker. I didn't use the red wine it calls for and it still tasted great.
English
Yorkshire Pudding (Preppy Kitchen)
John Kanell's videos are so easy to follow. I originally found him on YouTube while researching easy sourdough bread recipes. The first time I tried this recipe I was scared, but surprisingly didn't mess it up! These belong with a comforting pot roast and gravy poured on them.
Italian
Easiest Lasagna Ever (Damn Delicious)
My husband won't ever let me buy a Costco lasagna again. Freezing it first makes it more flavorful when it's cooked.
Easy Minestrone Soup (The Recipe Rebel)
This is a great comfort soup to deliver to friends in need.
Mexican
Taco Seasoning (The Pioneer Woman)
Can't run to the store just for a taco seasoning packet? This is so easy!
Slow Cooker Taco Meat (Slow Cooker Foodie)
Review from my kids: "It tastes just like Del Taco!" Even my pickiest eater loves this meat. Kid Proof: I don't add the onions.
